India: Jindal SAW raises iron ore pellet offers by INR 600/t ($6.5/t)
Jindal SAW has raised iron ore pellet (Fe63%) offers by INR 600/t ($6.5/t) to INR 11,200/t ($122/t) DAP Kandla, effective 22 Jan’26. The price rise could be attributed to recent bulk deals and supportive steel market sentiment. Rising pellet prices in regions such as Barbil and Durgapur also likely pushed up prices in Gujarat. However, no deals were recorded at the fresh offers.
