Chinese stainless steel majors lift Feb’26 ferro chrome tender prices by RMB 50/t ($7/t)
China’s Tsingshan and Taiyuan Iron and Steel Corporation (TISCO) have each raised ferro chrome tender prices by RMB 50/t ($7/t) m-o-m to RMB 8,245/t ($1,183/t and RMB 8,045/t ($1,154/t) DAP, respectively, inclusive of taxes, for Feb’26 deliveries. Firm chrome ore prices have provided support amid stable ore supply, steady stainless steel output, and gradually improving demand from the end-user segment.
