Begum Zia’s health is important for the nation: Shamsul Alam

A prayer meeting was held to pray for the speedy recovery and longevity of BNP Chairperson and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia. In addition, a 31-point campaign and leaflets were distributed to repair the BNP’s state structure.

Wednesday afternoon, the program was organized by the East Baklia Ward ‘A’ Unit under Baklia Police Station No. 18 of Chittagong-9 constituency. BNP Central Executive Committee member Md. Shamsul Alam was the chief guest.

He said, Begum Khaleda Zia is a symbol of the restoration of democracy in the country. Her health is important for the nation. In the past, she has struggled for democracy, human rights and voting rights all her life. Her health is very important for national politics during this crisis in the country.
