Nepali ministers escape by helicopter hanging from ropes!
Footage of the Gen-G protests in Nepal has been gradually emerging. Several videos of the country’s ministers fleeing due to the movement have been found. In one of them, the country’s minister and his family members are seen clinging to a rope (rescue sling) that fell from an army helicopter. The video went viral on social media today (September 11). In it, a helicopter is seen flying over the minister’s house. The minister and his family members are clinging to the rescue sling that fell from there. The plane then took them to safety. Thick black smoke can be seen rising in the sky at this time. Since the protests began in Nepal, the houses of several ministers and government officials have been burned. Many have been publicly harassed and physically assaulted. It is believed that this is why many have decided to flee. The incident began after Nepal imposed a ban on social media. This decision triggered the Gen-G generation of protests. It quickly turned violent. Last Tuesday, protesters began setting fire to and vandalizing government and private buildings across the capital. In the meantime, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli was forced to resign. An emergency curfew was imposed and the army was deployed to control the situation. The army has started patrolling the capital and has ordered people not to leave their homes unless necessary.
