Iran destroys US base in Iraq

The Iranian army has demanded the destruction of almost all US military infrastructure located in Erbil, Iraq. According to them, most of the US military bases across the Middle East are now practically ineffective. In a statement on state television on Saturday (July 25), Iranian army spokesman Brigadier General Mohammad Akraminia made this claim.
General Akraminia said that various US military installations have been severely damaged in the Iranian attack. In particular, almost all the US infrastructure in Erbil has been destroyed. US-backed ‘counter-revolutionary groups’ do not have the ability to carry out their operations there.
He also said that even if the US can rebuild its capabilities through its military presence in West Asia, Southern Europe and the Mediterranean region, Iran will also continue its military operations as long as the war continues. Akraminia claimed that after 40 days of war, Iran has deployed a new generation of drones, which are more destructive, accurate and long-range than the Arash-2 drone. However, he did not disclose details of the drones for security reasons.
The Iranian military said that many damaged military equipment had been reactivated after the ceasefire. With the addition of new technology, Iran’s air defense system has become stronger than before. However, no independently verifiable evidence was released to support these claims by the Iranian military spokesman. There was no immediate response from the United States.
