Strict action against fake news of question leaks on social media: Education Minister

The government will take strict action against fake news of question leaks on social media, Education Minister Dr. ANM Ehsanul Haque Milon has said. He said this at a view-exchange meeting with the responsible officials of Sylhet region on the occasion of the upcoming HSC and equivalent examinations at Jalalabad Gas Auditorium in Sylhet on Sunday (June 28) morning.
The Education Minister said that during the past government’s tenure, various problems had arisen in the education sector due to cases and administrative complications. In addition, the Awami League government looted seven thousand crore taka from the Retired Teachers Welfare Trust. He also said that the interim government appointed teachers in madrasas without considering the budget.
