China: Baosteel rolls over HRC prices m-o-m for Jul’26 sales
Baosteel, the world’s leading steel producer, has maintained its domestic HRC prices unchanged m-o-m for Jul’26 sales amid subdued domestic demand. The price rollover comes amid a decline in SHFE HRC futures, with the Oct’26 contract falling by RMB 122/t ($18/t) m-o-m to RMB 3,369/t ($497/t) as of 10 June 2026. Meanwhile, hot-dip galvanised iron (HDGI) prices were also kept unchanged from the previous month.
