3 more children die of measles symptoms

Three more children have died of measles symptoms across the country in the last 24 hours. At the same time, 1,034 new people have been identified as infected with measles and its symptoms. This information was given by the Directorate General of Health Services in its regular report on measles today (June 9).
According to the Directorate General of Health Services, a total of 631 people have died of measles in the country since March 15. Of these, 92 children died of measles and 539 died of measles symptoms.
In addition, the number of patients confirmed as measles in tests since March 15 has increased to 9,833. At the same time, 66,170 people have been admitted to hospitals with symptoms. The Directorate General of Health Services said that monitoring of the situation and treatment activities have been strengthened.
