‘Those who will not conduct my funeral are Jamaat members’

Kishoreganj-4 MP Fazlur Rahman has commented that those who are saying they will not conduct my funeral are Jamaat members. He made this comment in response to a question from journalists on Saturday (May 3).
Fazlur Rahman said, ‘Those who are saying these things are Jamaat members. I have many Pirs, Auliyas, Gaus Qutubs, and Dervishes Huzoors. There will be no shortage of people to conduct my funeral. May Allah remove those who are saying they will not conduct my funeral.’ He said, ‘I became an MP because this is my political religion, but it is not my spiritual religion. I believe in the Messenger of Allah, I believe in the Quran.’
‘I am a Sufi. If Allah conducts my funeral, then there will be no need for Jamaat Wahhabis to conduct my funeral.’ I have many Pirs, Auliyas, Gaus, Qutubs, Dervishes, Huzoors. I believe that on the day my body is placed before them, there will be no shortage of people to lead my funeral prayer, because I am a member of the Ahle Sunnah wal Jamaat.
