5 children die of measles symptoms

Five more children have died of measles symptoms in the last 24 hours. At the same time, 1,229 more people have shown symptoms of the disease. This information was released in the regular report of the Directorate General of Health Services today, Wednesday (April 22).
It said that the number of suspected measles patients in the last 24 hours was 1,229 and from March 15 to April 22, the number of suspected measles patients was 27,164. The number of confirmed measles patients in the last 24 hours was 129 and from March 15 to April 22, the number of confirmed measles patients was 3,934. It was also said that from March 15 to April 22, 17,998 people were admitted to the hospital with suspected measles. At the same time, 14,892 people have recovered and been discharged from the hospital.
No one died of confirmed measles in the last 24 hours, but 38 people died of confirmed measles from March 15 to April 22. Additionally, five people have died of suspected measles in the last 24 hours, and 190 people have died of suspected measles from March 15 to April 22.
