India: Ferro vanadium prices slide w-o-w as demand resistance meets global weakness
Indian ferro vanadium (FeV 50%) prices declined slightly by INR 16,750/t ($183/t) w-o-w to INR 1,152,000/t ($12,602/t) ex-Raipur as of 21 Jan26. The downturn was primarily driven by muted buying interest amid elevated offer levels. Market sentiment weakened further in line with a slight correction observed in the US and Europe, which spilled over into India. Demand was limited to need-based steel mill purchases.
