Mother and daughter found dead in their own home, Comilla in a state of shock

The bodies of a mother and daughter have been recovered from a house in Comilla city. The bodies have been taken to Comilla Medical for autopsy. Police said that the bodies of Tahmina Begum and her daughter Sumaiya Afrin were recovered from a rented house in Kaliajuri on Sunday night (September 7). Sumaiya Afrin is a student of the Department of Public Administration of Comilla University for the 2021-2022 academic year. Earlier, a person was seen entering the house in the CCTV footage. The police are trying to identify the person for questioning. The police also said that the son of the deceased Tahmina returned home last night and found his mother and sister sleeping. Despite calling out, the matter seemed suspicious. Later, when the police were informed, the death was confirmed. There were minor injury marks on the bodies of both the deceased. However, the police are investigating the entire matter.
